The breath test: "hold your breath for 10 seconds to check your lungs".
As forwarded
"Hold your breath for 10 seconds every morning. If you don't cough, you have no infection."

Verdict
Holding your breath cannot tell you whether you have COVID-19 or lung scarring; WHO says it proves nothing, and false reassurance can delay testing and care.
What the evidence says
WHO: being able to hold your breath for 10 seconds or more without coughing or discomfort "DOES NOT mean you are free from" COVID-19 or any other lung disease. [S1]
Many people with COVID-19, especially younger people, can hold their breath easily; many healthy older people cannot. The test sorts nobody correctly. [S1]
Lung scarring (fibrosis) is diagnosed by a specialist with breathing tests, a chest X-ray and a CT scan, not by how long you can hold your breath. [S2]

Tiers are as graded in the research file; where the file left a source ungraded, the editor graded it against the four tiers. "Circulation only" sources document that a claim circulates and are never cited as evidence. Where a primary paper could not be opened, the page says so in the Honest note.
